SHO Nut in general

I...am doing the happy dance. In November I purchased a ceramic TOB from Josh, had him ship it to Mark N. who did my clutch replacement. This past weekend I began to have some unusual noises from the TOB. Josh listened to the sound clips that I had posted and is assuming that the problem is with the TOB. (This is not and will not be confirmed until the tranny is opened up) First one I should add that is suspected of having any sort of problem.

To make a long story short. I got an email from Josh tonight asking me to come up to his place in Ontario this weekend to have the TOB replaced. No charge on the TOB and a beyond super deal on the labor. The person who makes the TOBs will also be on hand so that the two of them can personally inspect it upon it's removal.

That's what I call customer care. thumbs_u

I've said it before, if it weren't for Josh, I would no longer have my SHO. Plain and simple.

If you end up going, it's quite a fun time watching him work on SHO's. You can tell he just loves these cars, and his stories are always very interesting. I enjoy going to his place to have him do work on my car and I look forward to my next trip up to see him so he can do my Quaife, clutch and some suspension goodies.

I've never met Josh or Mark in person, though I feel like I know them since I've watched the 60k & clutch videos so much Josh is absolute tops when it comes to customer service; when I was having clutch troubles a couple years ago he was ready to give me a FULL refund on a clutch that he knew was good, no questions asked. The problem ended up being with the install from my shop...rather than accept his refund I took the info he gave me back to my shop and all was taken care of.

And then last year when all **** was coming down with my trans rebuild/upgrade, I had less than a week until spring zing and Josh overnighted the trans parts I needed for my rebuild. It was a full trans rebuild kit that had just been returned; he told me NOT to worry about payment, to just go ahead, use what I needed, send the rest back and THEN make the payment. Quite simply, had it not been for Josh's efforts my SHO would've been on the sidelines for Spring Zing. I cannot say enough good things about his products and efforts for the SHO community. Even now when something breaks, after a good hour of fuming and cursing I smile and think, "hey, now I get to order something from Josh!"

Josh is a straight-up guy. Tops in my book. He's doing my Quaife'd trans rebuild now for the S/C'd 91. Say anything about my confidence level in him?

I've also never had any problem with parts from him - stock or performance items. I highly recommend SHO Nut as often & to as many people as I can.
