I'm looking for an SHO mechanic in the St. Louis area since I live in Collinsville, IL, for some engine work. I had a knock in my 1990 SHO and replaced the rod bearings. It never did eliminate the problem and I just kept driving it figuring that the engine would eventually go but it never has. I even purchased a parts car that had a running engine for a replacement.
Now I just want to get it back to reliable. I'd appreciate the name of a qualified mechanic for an SHO. It's not a big rush but I do want to get it taken care of.
