Sad to say that the 1990 Garage Queen SHO has now has 50k miles on it. A road trip to Reno as a support vehicle added about 2500 miles to it. It was averaging about 30 mpg over the trip at the posted speed limit.

Garage Queen Road Trip

^Now there's a pair to beat a full house anyday!

Thanks, my wife drove the SHO during the trip and had all of the comfort. Nice cool A/C, a stereo to listen to and leather adjustable seats make that drive a lot easier.

So, did she intimidate the other Pantera drivers like she did a couple of years ago?

No hot rod stuff this year for either car. Just posted speed limit stuff. The Pantera is getting an all aluminum 600 hp stroker engine later this year, so maybe next year we might do a few high speed runs.

I hope that this will be the only trip the SHO makes anywhere this year. It needs a very good cleaning after all the bugs that it killed.
