SHO dies?

ok so im driving down the road doing about 40 in 94 SHO ATX with 92,000 miles when it just dies.i pull into the taco bell parking lot pop the hood dont smell anything burnt so i try and restart it and it Fires right up then later when im in Drive and stopped in a parking lot where it dies again but this time is different it doesnt want to start it takes 4 1/2 minutes and pumping the gas like 10 times? HELP!!!!!!

I am going to have to go with Rob94 on this one. Sounds like your water pump is leaking on the CPS and shorting it out, which causes the cars computer to lose track of the crank and **** the engine. I am willing to bet that this only happens when the car is at normal operating temperature.

Also if you have not had your 60k done yet and you are planning on having the water pump and CPS replaced, I would highly reccomend having it done.

My car use to do the samething, after a few months of that I had my waterpump and CPS replaced....That fixed it for me...
