I was wondering if anyone knew of a business that offers custom center caps for our 20' SHO wheels?
Basically, I would like to replace the FORD center caps on my car with some SHO center caps....

Any chance that the older Gen center caps would work?

I think that I'll have to measure the caps on my wheels to be a little more informed, but so far I have found nothing for our cars after scouring the Internet.

Talk to William Lewis (http://www.wclewis.com/html/89-95_sho_badges.html). He's made custome badges for us for over a decade and I had him do some for my Kazera wheels years back.

Thanks for that link. I may have to end up contacting William if I can't find anything else.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't one (or all) of the older Gen SHO's have a SHO logo on their center caps from the factory?? I was sure that my brother's '89 had these but it's been over 10 years since I've seen that car.....

The Gen 2 "slicer" wheels have SHO center caps.

Thanks! I guess I was wrong about my bro's Gen 1 wheels having those.....

Anyone with a Gen 2 with the slicer wheels know the diameter of their center caps?

I'm going to measure the caps on my wheels to see what size they are.

I think that it would be cool to use a Gen 2 OEM part on a Gen 4 :)

The Gen 2 center cap is huge as opposed to the Gen 4 ones. Think a dinner plate and a half dollar.

Well, I guess that kills that hope :frown:

Oh well, I think that I will end up getting some "blank" center caps and putting a SHO logo on them.

Center caps aren't that bad, but i'm not feeling the emblem on the back. To me it says "really old Taurus".

Better then the Ecoboost leaf. That says "Hybrid" to me.;)

I had a '99 I loved.

bpd1151 Brian, where'd you find those and how much?

Ebay. Search emblems and such and they are there. They are a UV protected vinyl decal. Remove the center cap, then remove the metal "Ford" tin plate emblem with a razor blade. There will be rubberized adhesive left on the cap, just use your thumb to remove. I applied then clear coated to seal everything.

Hey what's the total measurements for those caps ? Thanks
This is who I used they are vinyl layovers and survived hundreds of washes. He doesn't list the SHO cap but will make them, this is what it looks like over my Ford center caps. 10-14 and 15-19 and different center cap dimensions.

Too funny that's the same guy on ebay. He does make a great product. There thick, and have a strong glue backing.
