I have just recently rebuilt a wrecked 2013 Ford Taurus SHO and have just driven it a little. Have the catalysts punched straight through and I just recently saw it was blowing oil smoke from the exhaust not water vapor oil smoke I know the difference.!
BTW I have A five star 93 Oct performance tune on it but it was smoking before that. Been doing a little research on it and it could be a turbo out or pic value it could hardly be the engine because it only has 66k on it.

Does anybody no if a catch can bypasses the pic value.

The catch can does not bypass the PCV valve. It's just a way to separate the oil vapor better from the air coming out of the engine.

You can disconnect it from the intake and cap it off to rule it out.
