Does anybody know what is involed and what has to be paid to bring an SHO from the U.S. to Canada ??? any input all would be appreciated

If the car is over 3 years old all you pay is a $100 a/c tax and file some paperwork. I'm not sure about GST/PST though. Maybe check out
www.ccra.ca for more info or call them. Depending on your provincial laws, the car will probably have to be saftied and daytime running lights added if it doesn't have them.
