Shifter bushing

Can someone help me locate the following item? It really blows my mind that a 29 cent piece of plastic can keep this car off the road...
I am trying to find a source for the black cap like bushing for my 90 cable shifter. The one that holds the center shift cable onto the ball at the bottom of the shift arm...
Ford Dealer laughs and says "good luck"...

Any sources or cross references out there?
