Secondaries controler

I am having a problem with my secondaries opening up. It looks to me that when the car is started the controller for the secondaries engages and closes the secondaries. Is this true??

I am getting a 511 code for the IAS check, I think this is for the secondaries.

I would also like to know if anyone has the ford part number for the controller for the secondaries. If I need a new one, It would be easier with a part number to find.

IIRC the normal operation is for the secondaries to be pulled closed once the car is started up. I think it is done with vaccum. I have a spare one sitting on a good intake. I can not see any part numbers on it. If you need a good used one PM me, and I can get it to you.
