Two questions:
- Where can one obtain a driver's Seatbelt assembly (Gray) for a 1997 Taurus SHO? (Without paying the dealer $350 for one)

Second question:
Does anyone here have any experience with Dent Wizard? (Or simliar services)

I have two dents in my drivers door (thanks to an otherwise wonderful wife who banged it into a solid object) that I would like removed. They are minor, but VERY noticable.

Try www.car-parts.com

As for the PDR stuff, they work okay, as long as the paint surface isn't scratched....

THANK YOU very much. That site is great! (I'm searching now) ...wow a gazillion hits averaging $75 ... MUCH better.

Thanks again.

Hey Driven, have you tried a local bone yard. Seat belts for the SHO and SLO should be the same.

Good idea. As soon as I find one. (There HAS to be one in Northern Atlanta SOMEWHERE.)

(Believe it or not, I've NEVER gone to one of these places.) This will be a totally new experience.)

On your second question, we had a guy that does "Paintless Dent Removal" at our last club meeting, did my SHO, Kerry's Explorer and about 4 other people SHO's. Everyone went home happy, he did a "skippy" job for all of our rides.

driven01,

I believe I paid him $40.00 for a dent the size of a golf ball (usually they charge about $80 a panel). The guy that came to our meeting had been in business for 8 years and knew his stuff, very good work (there was no indication of any dent when he was done). I had worked in a body shop 20 years ago and was skeptical about this procedure, but once I saw the results I was impressed. Now I'll let him take a couple of dings out of my SHO.
