Runnin a SVT contour

Me and my buddy were trying to run, then we do and i shift hard into second, I hear a loud clunk, and then my steering wheel is turned to the right! Loud vibration when driving, possible strut? Just changed 20k ago. Possible axel?

You probably broke one of the sub-frame mounting bolts or it pulled through the body.

If it did, take it to a Ford dealer as this may be covered under provisions of the recall that was supposed to prevent this from ocurring.

My rear subframe mounts had to be replaced, but they were not under recall. I had to pay out of my own pocket. headbang
