When I'm on the highway or the road, and I take a curve to the right, I hear a sort of rubbing sound and the wheel vibrated a little bit...I'm thinking tires out of balanced or need to be rotated....what else could it be?

It's probably a worn out wheel bearing. A bad CV joint will also make noise while turning but it's usually a clicking or clunking noise.
