Rough running after warm up

92 MTX, car runs fine for 10-20 minutes until its warmed up. then it seems like is struggles/bogs sort of like a misfire when its in lower rpms shifing. it also does it a ton when i downshift to pass. anything i should look for besides oil in the plug wells? the well o-rings leak and i am going to replace them with new wires. I'm just wondering if there's anything else i should look for that would cause the problem. Does it sound like it could be clutch related?

Did you check for oil in the spark plug wells? Have you pulled codes?

there are no codes, it dosent do it when idling or running the engine through the rpms witn no load. only does it right after engaging the gears, and seems to only do it when the engine is warm. yes there is oil in the wells, its been there ever since i owned it. but wouldnt it usually idle rough as well? i have new wires and am changing the valve cover gaskets before i install the wires. it sounds like a clutch prob to me almost.

Fix you oil in the wells problem first, then see if the problems go away.
