A friend of mine recently told me he had his brake rotors replaced under warranty for his Taurus Limited - they were warped at 25k miles.
I was under the impression that rotors were considered normal wear and tear items and wouldn't be covered, anyone else been able to successfully get their rotors replaced under warranty?
The Rotors on my '13 SHO PP are warped at 28k (thanks to hard stop n go rush hour traffic), I feel the vibrations and womp-womp-womp during hard braking, and I was considering buying some aftermarket rotors and pads to replace them when the weather warms up enough here in Michigan to do so.
