I am not sure about the sunroof, but if you do a search you can find all you need to know about exhaust for an SHO. Have you looked under your car yet?? That is the ONLY POSITIVE way to see if you have a rod shifter.

Is the hole for the shifter in the console even all the way around, or is it shifted to the drivers side a bit? If its even its a cable shifter, shifted to the drivers side its a rod shifter.

The non-centered hole in the console is the interior tip-off, but a quick look under the car is the definitive answer. If you see two 1" diameter rods from a black plastic box below the shifter forward to the transmission, you have a rod linkage.

Buy you a small can of white lithium grease (NOT the aerosol can unless you like white higlights on your paint and interior :) ) and a package of Q-tips. Open the sunroof, (Not vent it) and look at the trackwork that the sunroof rides in. You'll probably see whats left of the sunroof lubricant on the trackwork. Just take the Q-tips and and apply the grease to the trackwork evenly. You can also open and close the sunroof to help spread it around.

Foglights... if you want a set of "factory" lights, I have one word for you, EBay! You might consider aftermarket ones though, just because you can buy a new set for about the cost of dinner, and you'll have warranties, ability to swap them, etc. Wiring up a set of aftermarkets to the factory wiring isn't hard, just ask the forum. :)
