right rear caliper HELP!!

can someone please help me my right rear caliper on my 91 SHO keeps going bad
and dragging i replaced it with a new one 2 weeks ago and its dragging already
do i just have bad luck with calipers or is there something wrong with my car that is making it go bad??

If the rubber line leading to the caliper is original, I would replace that (do both sides). They can fail internally and prevent fluid from back-flowing out of the caliper when you release the brake pedal. The bracket bolted to the strut can rust and pinch the line off too.

There's a thread I started on here I think. I had the same problem and I thought it was the cables. Look at the spring for the e brake and see how big it is or photograph it. They had a large and small spring, when I got two calipers with the large spring I had no issues.

Also the bendix brake cables are the best by far. It seems all the others the right rear would drag slightly after using it for a little while. I tried like three different brands and all of them internally seemed to bind.

I'd replace the brake hoses either way if it's unknown how old they are. The last set I replaced were pinched bad.
