Ride feels different right as "Check Engine" light comes on

I've noticed that my car will feel like i just let off the gas a tad or something it's not much but i see the Check Engine light come on right after.. Anyone had this problem? It's not much but would love to figure out what it is..Thank's

Find out if it stores a code when this happens. My guess is you have a leak in the EGR system that only affects the engine when the EGR valve is commanded to open. Just a guess.

I would pull the codes. SHOTimes has a how-to, using a paper clip to pull the codes. Get the codes and then you can fix your car.

I am currently going through this too i pulled the codes on my car and got a 327 EGR volts below min. I suggest that you pull your codes if you have a CEL on.

332 (R,M) EGR did not open/respond during test or if memory code, did not open intermittantly - EVR or PFE

That's one among plenty other's but that's the only one that i got having to do with the EGR Valve.. What could this code mean?

Means that somewhere along the lines the EGR valve either crapped out or there is some build up causing it not to get any flow and not open. You can search for an how to on "how to clean the nostrils" If that doesnt work you can check the DPFE and if that doesnt work you can check the tube that runs fromt he manifold to the egr.

All in all my car is throwing the same code and it doesnt make any difference on how it runs. What were the other codes?

Well i put a tube on the EGR and sucked while the car was running and the engine changed idle like it wanted to die.. That's a sign that it's working good right? i felt the Green tube that goes to it and it sucking.. didnt feel the red tube tho..
