If the new PCM was without power for a good while before you installed it, you don't have to do anything to reset it. ;)

To "reset the computer" on a car with the computer already installed, you simply either disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable from the battery or disconnect the PCM ground connector on the drivers-side strut tower for a few minutes. I personally prefer the latter (PCM ground) method, since disconnecting the negative terminal on your battery will also wipe out clock and radio settings, affect some aftermarket alarm systems, etc. - utilizing the PCM ground will only affect the PCM itself and nothing else.

Note that you only have to leave either disconnected for a few minutes to clear the KAM (Keep Alive Memory) settings and "reset" your computer. Many people espouse that you have the keep the battery disconnected for 30 minutes or several hours, or that you should turn on the headlights and trip the brakes for a few minutes to help discharge the capacitors in the PCM - this is simply not the case. ;)
