Replace both rear struts at the same time. If you are not comfortable working with the compressed springs, leave the work to a pro. Mishandling the spring and strut assembly can be dangerous if you do not understand what to do.
Be prepared for upper strut mounts and new pinch bolts, also, at a minimum. Good time to replace the springs if you need or plan to do so. The pinch bolts are easy to shear during removal. Take your time, use plenty of PB blaster, work the bolt in and out and hopefully it won't shear. If it does, you will need a cobalt drill bit and a heavy duty (1/2") drill to drill out the old bolt. Use grade 8 or better hardware when reinstalling.
As for the radiator, drain it, remove the IRCM/CCRM and the cooling fan, and remove both radiator hoses. If an automatic, disconnect and plug the transmission fluid cooler lines, then remove the bolts/brackets that hold the radiator in place. Pull the radiator out and note the position of all the foam seals. Reinstall the new radiator, replacing the foam seals in the same spot, then reassemble everything.
Fill radiator with coolant, then start engine. Top off the coolant level in the radiator and work on getting all the air out of the system.
