Replacing front bumper or bumper cover?

Hello. I am looking to buy a 1993 SHO that has been in a front end collision. I'm told that it was minor, and the bumper has been replaced. I haven't seen the car in person yet, but did find a picture of it on the Internet.

From what I can see in this tiny, lo res picture, it looks like they replaced the front bumper or bumper cover with a standard Taurus one. It doesn't look to extend down close to the ground the way the bumper / bumper cover does from the factory.

Question is, if I end up buying the car, can this be replaced fairly easily? Or is the whole experience painful and costly? Does Ford even make the parts anymore that I would need?

Sorry for the lack of knowledge, but as I said, I haven't seen the car in person yet.

The front bumper cover is, used, around $200 dollars if I'm not mistaken. Plus the cost of having it painted and mounted (unless you're going to do that yourself). Painting at a body shop would probably be cheap, and I doubt mounting it would be that difficult. If it's just a Taurus bumper they would have had to replace the headlight assembly and center grill as well, since the SHO front bumper is all one piece. If possible, post the pic and I'm sure we can help you out even more.

I purchased a front bumper cover brand new from ford for $450. That was last year. They have plenty of them. They come in black and black.
