After finding that the 93 and 94 buttons are different, and that I cant just swap the actual button cover. Are there going to be any problems with splicing in a new ON/OFF switch? I only have the one side and I see that there are two cut wires. If I take off my airbag, and just cut the two wires off mine, take my switch off and splice the new wires in, I shouldn't have a problem? The actual cruise wiring shouldn't be any different between 93 and 94 would it?

If you want to avoid cutting and splicing those wires I have a 94 cruise control button I'll give up for shipping costs. PM me if you're interested thumb I can get it out as early as friday.
