when I looked at the old trans after removal the bushings on the TOB fork shaft were worn out badly causing the TOB to bind on the sleeve. The sleeve was broken off at the base of the case. I machined new brass bushings and installed the complete clutch kit w/ sleeve. My problem or question is when i hooked up the cable to the fork lever there is no travel in the pedal, I asume that when the last trans went south that the automatic pedal adjustor went to max. Is there a way to reset pedal or am i wrong about this???

Just pull up on the pedal to let the tension spring set the clutch. But there is a chance the spring is off its mount if this is not working. Take a look from the back of the clutch pedal and see if there is a spring attached inside the channel of the pedal.
