Never done it before on any car and now I am going to attempt it on my 95. Since my ignition lock cylinder is *****, I can't turn the wheel so my only choice is to remove the column completely so I can move my car out of the parking spot. How do I do this? What thousand dollar tools will I need to rent from Advance?

You may very likely require a steering wheel puller. If you've never pulled the wheel before it can get quite stuck in there. Also you'll need a T-50 or something like that (same size as for the seat belt bolts, you know, the huge ones underneath the parcel shelf) for the center steering wheel bolt. Past that, I can't help you... sorry. Good luck though!

Mods please delete this thread. Car was stolen. No need to fix anything on it now.
