I need to remove the front bumper due to broken SFB bolt on drivers side. The bolt/nut won't come out of the frame rail and the small window isn't providing enough space to properly see what's going on.

I've read from searching that taking the front bumper off will allow better access and I agree. Can I just the whole cover with bumper off at once? This would include headlights and all?

I see the two 8mm near radiator, the push clips in fender well, and I think 2 each side 8mm near the washer bottle and same side on driver.

Are there more? or does anyone have another suggestions I couldn't find in my search for removal of broken SFB still attatched to nut inside frame rail?

7 hours later and the job's done

This of course includes removal of the sheared drivers front subframe bolt/nut and new front ALSFB. I don't have the engery to do the rears yet; I'll do it tomorrow.

I'm glad the right front didn't shear. Even with the hole left by removing the bumper supports it would have been tricky.

As you know the nut/mount in the frame rail has those two steel flanges holding it. They of course are bent over the square nut/mount and I ended up going at it with a 5/8 box end over the tip of the ****** and pulling it up.

Installed the recall on that side and mounted everything up. If I ever need to remove the front bumper/light clip.. it sure won't take as long.
