a while ago i got a hole in a power steering line the one that runs from the resivor to the cooler. i removed the hose but in doing so snapped off the connection to the power steering cooler so i just routed the line cut it and connected it to where the line leaving the power steering cooler goes and i have had no problems. i think this should be fine because barely any cars ever have power steering coolers i never seen any with one besides my SHO and other SHO's but tell me if this is a problem.

So you have bypassed the PS cooler?

If I were you I would pick up another on. I personally think the SHO needs a bigger one.

An easy way to check is to measure the temp of the fluid in the reservoir after an hours drive or so. Anything over 180F would be a problem IMHO.

Either get a new cooler, or take the old one to a radiator shop and have it soldered back to gether.
It is there for a reason, and it is necessary.

It would seem SHOZ123 and I agree on this item. eek! :D rangerj
