reinforcing a motor mount

im replacing my rear mount and before i put it in im wondering if its possiable to reinforce it at all? What could i use to make it stronger if anything and where should i put it on. thanks

Send it to Kirk in Spencer MA. I believe the price is $75 per mount, and when you send him yours the turn-around time is only about a week, whereas people buying them outright usually have to wait about a month due to slowpokes taking their time sending in cores, or sending in torn cores that are beyond repair. Ask Lance Cheney. He has a really slick DIY way to reinforce the MTX motor mounts.

Otherwise you can spring for Josh's reinforced mounts. He has two levels of upgrade depending on what you want.
