recommend atx fluid?

Hey, I want to ask u trusty sho peeps about what and how many pint atx fluid will I need to replace when I drain the fliud as well replace the filter... any suggestion will be helpful. Thanks Paul.

Mercon/Dextron III - if you just drop the pan and change the filter 6-7 quarts. If you flush the whole thing 13 quarts.

I dropped the pan and refilled it with 7 quarts of the red stuff... I change it every 15k or so.
