Rebuild questions.

So as some of you may know I recently spun a bearing and am having trouble getting any offer for more the 400$ offers from scrappers on craigslist. Now for the questions...
1. (This may sound stupid) Can I put a new crank/rod/piston in without out pulling the motor
2. Would it just be easier to do a swap. The guy who was supposed to buy the car got over zealous and bought a "380" hp motor for $400 of some engine shop online and some coil overs and ran out of money so I am think of buying that from him even though I know the trans doesnt do well over 300hp
3.I cant get on pheniox SHO. is there any other source of a write up on an engine swap.

1. It would be much easier to swap the motor.
2. I doubt he has a 380hp motor unless it is boosted.

It's much easier to swap in a good running donor engine.
I have a couple.
I also have a completely rebuilt 3.0L with all new rings, gaskets, bearings, etc... for sale. It has 9 miles on the rebuild!!!!!

I also am able to do the swap for you.

x2 on the swap. It would probably cost more to rebuild your current motor than it would to just get a complete running engine and drop it in.

There's no write up on an engine swap as far as I know. It's just remove, replace. Wiring harnesses might be different between different years/engines, but that's about all I can think of. I've got a motor too, but I'm not all that close to you.

There are other threads detailing swaps, I swapped in a 3.2l because i t required only slight modification and I got an awesome deal on mine., I posted mine because they were easier to find
