What are the specs on the wheel stud/bolt (i.e. the 5 studs the wheel is mounted onto)?

I'm looking to fit longer stud/bolts and need to know the exact knurl diameter (KD). I know
roughly the size of KD by looking up the specs on the Dorman replacement stud (DOR-610-344 in case anyone is interested) which is KD=13.59mm (0.535"). But then I read in a writeup by Ron Childs that he's using a stud which has KD=13.35mm (0.526"). So I'm a bit confused as to what is the right knurl size to use.

I have a hunch that it's no super critical to get the exact KD match. In other words, say the correct KD is 13.35mm, it wouldn't be difficult to hammer in a stud which has KD= 13.59mm.

Extracting one of the current studs from the wheel hub and measuring the knurl size is not exactly an accurate measurement since the knurl would be damaged.
