I have a rumbling noise from my passenger rear wheel bearing. I got a whole hub kit with the bearings, and the housing that has the wheel studs on it, and the ring for the ABS.
Read up a little bit, and it stated the nut that holds this hub assy is torqued to over 200 ft Lb.
Can these be taken off with a regular 1/2 drive set up, or do I need to take it to a place with an impact gun?
Does anyone know the socket size?
Does the hub assy slide off, or do I need a puller?
Any tips on what the problems are would be appreciated.

I replaced both my rear bearings a few years ago but I used and impact gun to remove them and I believe they both needed a puller to come off. I'm sure you can break them free with a breaker bar. Also don't damage the seal that covers the nut because you will want to reuse that unless your new hub assy. came with some.

If memory serves me right I used a 36mm(it's just a touch loose) and used my trusty proto long handle 1/2 ratchet.Use your foot instead of hands n it will pop right off, took me longer to pull the tire off than do all the work .I was done in less than 20 mins

pull tire,
remove lower caliper bolts.
pull caliper and bracket,
remove rotor,
pop off plastic cap and pull cotter key,
spin off 36mm nut ,
spindle will fall off in your hand,it rides on a spindle shaft!
reverse process to install
tighten spindle nut as hard as you can
:salute:
