rear breaks rubbing

i just got new pads , roters, and a caliper on the rear drivers side, and the pads are still rubbing.its to the point that the roter will be red for almost 5 minitues after i drive, so my baby is just sitting in the driveway. i dont know what elese it could be, i would apretiat any help on this

stuck slider pins. Just went thru that about 2 weeks ago. Bust those suckers out, by twisting them with a socket both ways for awhile, PB Blaster, and than a standard screw driver and a hammer to knock them out. Grease'em up and get new boots for them.

BTW I did the red rotor thing too..........

Two other major areas of concern: corroded/seized parking brake cables, and a swollen rubber brake hose, brake lines swollen closed. That's the section attached to the caliper, they swell and close off internally, cannot be seen from the outside.
