every time it gets cold out, my ebrake drags on the rear passenger side...

Had our first snowfall, and every time I attempted to go around a corner I spun out.

Just replaced the calipers, pads and rotors and ALL ebrake cables thinking it was a binding cable or stuck caliper (one of the boots was torn open).

Whenever it heats up (the brakes) it seems to slowly bleed off... so im curious whether its the proporting valve sticking or if its a collapsed flex hose.

It was never an issue in the summer. Thoughts?

I had collapsed lines on both rears several years ago.....I noticed that the car wasn't rolling freely as I let off the brakes just coming to a stop. Then noticed the rears were much warmer than the fronts after driving around town at low speeds. Raised the rear and could not turn either wheel by hand. Replaced both hoses and the problem went away. I never did cut open the old ones to see exactly what happened to them but somehow the fluid pressure gets between the outer and inner liner and squishes it flat.
