one of the rear calipers blew out on my 92 SHO. I replaced the rotors, calipers, and pads problem is when i go to bleed the brakes there is nothing, no fluid is going down in the resivour and no air comes out when the screws are turned. maybe i need to bleed the ABS? anyone have a similar problem. i lost a lot of fluid so i'm thinking possibly air in the master cylinder or ABS unit. if anyone could give me any help i'd greatly appreciate it since i need the car on the road by monday. Thank you.

One of the little secrets to bleeding brakes is to attach a hose to the bleeder screw and submerge the other end in some clean fluid in a bottle. While you may not be ably to see/hear small quantities of air coming out of the bleeder screw, bubbles coming from the hose (or not) will tell you what is happening.

The rear suspension, specifically the rear drivers side suspension, must be compressed to get brake fluid flow to the rear.

be carefull when taking the hose off the solid line. I had the same problem and was taking the hose of the rusty line and broke the line. Both sides. That was a fun job, especially for my first brake job.

to help others troubleshoot this problem if they come across it, the rubber line didnt even appear collapsed or damaged ... so even if yours looks good it may not be.
