Re-assemble RH Inner CV Joint (ATX)

How do I get the RH inner CV joint on my 1994 ATX put back together? Got to have more than reverse of disassembly, because I couldn't tell you how I got it apart. It is a real puzzle I've never seen anything quite like it with the flat sections of roller bearings and cupped end pieces.

If they've been apart you really should replace them. Its not the easy way out, its the not having to do it again way.

Seriously once apart you do not want to get it back together. Especially if it sounds like the boot is off.

Yes i do, i have 3 or 4 apart, and you do NOT want to reinstall it after its been apart. Next time your spends expect to need a tow home bud.

You can pick up a NEW one for 70-80$ or reman. for 60 both side at ORiley's.

+1 on what everybody else has been saying - once they come apart, they really don't go back together again. There are a lot of precise forces needed to keep them together, and I guarantee you that you don't have the equipment necessary to apply those forces.

Just buy a new one. There are some things you just can't do.

I just replace the entire shaft.
You can put the shaft back together with a punch and hammer.
