Im not sure what to write about them yet because i havent recieved my order.
I ordered two 3.2 headgaskets, the injector o rings and grommets, and rod bearings monday night and they sent me an email saying they wouldnt be sent out till friday.
i was alright with that but now its monday and i still havent recieved the tracking number or anything that they said they would send.
im in the same state as them and im sure im not far from the company.
a different order i sent for to New York on friday arrived today.
i really am not saying they are a bad company because well i can understand being short handed and all that but the thing is i really wanna be able to get my car done before snow falls.
were not even gonna discuss rockauto and why i never got my headgaskets from them.

order came yesterday and everything was there but the plastigauge but o well.
i got worked up when they werent replying to my emails but everything turned out alright.

I had a prob the first time i bought from them, but i gave them the benifit of the doubt and tried again and my order came complete in just a few days.

I ordered a set of TPR bushings from RCM. Not only did he email me to confirm he received payment, but the bushings arrived within 1 week. Big thumbs up to RCM!

then why did you start this thread? you started it only one businessday after they said they would ship. I could be wrong but I don't think they have perfected the process to teleport your parts to you instantly.

RCM friggan rocks.. i bought two ball joints and new swaybar endlinks early this morning and they already sent them out the same day...
