just a heads up i would be cautious about buying from rcm, I purchased a motor mount from them 4 weeks ago since then there has been numerous emails sent, no response from them and no part. I had to open a dispute through paypal and they havent even got a reply back to them. luckily i will be getting a full refund and will be buying parts from other vendors from now on.

ya they ship quick no problems with them if there is a problem i call them and they take care of it.

I don't get it. I've never had a problem with RCM. I have my parts from them within a couple of DAYS. Apparently from reading everyone elses feedback, my results aren't typical. ???

I have gotten parts from them before with no problems but this time there is no response from them and no part. I was reading a couple of other people in other forums have had a problem and its only recent. Im not bad mouthing them im just saying be cautious. paypal hasn't even gotten a reply from them in 10 days.

He bought something from me on eBay over 7 days ago and still hasn't paid. I'll be canceling that transaction and never dealing with RCM again.

its funny i had ordered two things from them a while back got one piece and figured the other was not in stock so i waited. a little more than a month went by and still no second piece. sent them a email with my concern and how i felt about the transaction. two days later they sent a response, stating what had happened and shipped the piece out the very next day express. they were very apolijetic and had told me that it was a paperwork mix up. havent ordered from them since(havent needed to) but i would give them another try if i needed something they had.

I bought every gasket ,seal and bearing from them when I built my engine, even had rings damaged in shipping and they sent new ones before the claim was even entered at the post office.

Sometimes stuff just happens.

I orderd from RCM a few years ago and there was no problem with them but from all the stuff I hear I would not order from them again. There communication skills totally suck and if thery are too busy to write a 1 minute email to customers when there is a huge delay in shipping a part that has been paid they shouldn't be selling online parts.

Yea, You'll have to wait for a few weeks to get your parts, with no communication from them at all unless you file a paypal claim, but it's still a good company to buy parts from.

Sorry, but the above has happened SO MANY times in the last year that I will never purchase a part from them again.
