I have a rattle that is getting worse and I can't find it. It sounds like it is comming from the read passenger door, like in the latching mech, but am not sure. I can locate it because it only makes noise while in motion. Anyone else have this problem?

Just set the cruise and then climb back there and check it out.

I was at this bodyshop one day and I saw this NICE brand new RV, one of those huge ones, totalled. I asked what happened, they said that the owner was this older guy who apparently didn't know what cruise control was... he set it and then went out back to make a sandwich. headbang He was okay I guess...

I have the same friggin' problem, only mine's the rear driver's side. I have replaced the latchpost, moved the post in, moved it out, moved it up AND down, loosened and retightened the hinges while the door was shut AND open. I have pulled the door panels and found nothing loose inside. I took the problem out of my sig, just in case ignoring it would help it go away. I'm thinking rear STB's and SFC's might be the only answer, since it's gotta be body flex around the door that causes this. It gets better and worse, but hasn't ever gone away. Right now it's only bad on rough roads. Good luck - if you fix yours, tell me how you did it!

Mostly I've just been turning up the stereo...

Update -

The rattle's not in the door, much as it sounds like that. It is coming from the upper shock mount, or something else in the upper rear suspension. I crawled back there while my girlie was driving, and it sounds like it's coming from beneath the rear qtr window. I even pulled off the interior trim. I think I'm going to get a ride in the trunk to further isolate it. I'll keep you posted. We're gonna beat this thing, dude!
