I have never used this stuff, but give it a try on the plastic. I wouldn't bother with it on the seats. If it is not a flexible coating, then your just going to make the problem worse. The color is never going to match perfect unless you get extremely lucky.
There is another coating-in-the-can. I think it is Molecubond or Durabond. I met the owner a couple of years ago. He seems like a nice guy. It will probably work, although I have only used it a couple of times. I think you can order it online or I saw it at BJ's last year. He did have a lot of prematch colors.

The paint works really well. I used it after seeing this thread. It worked so well I just went crazy with it...did almost everything from my SHO's old ugly gray interior to sweet black...looks great like MilTownSHO's...btw im guessin you did alot of ur interior...the only thing is..did you do the carpet, because i tried it just on my floor mats first to see how it would work and it rubbed off when I put my feet on it, so I wouldn't suggest doing the carpet..besides, black (thats the color i used) replacement carpet is very cheap at autozone...maybe 20-30 at the most, and didnt take long to put in with the seats and center councel taken out...good luck. PS the paint works better if you dont use it when the surface or the can is cold...tends to stick better..I let mine dry in a heated room for a couple of days..
