ran my bone stock 2011 sho

Well finally got to take our 2012 sho to the track last night. The da was around +2000 . Hot as no other. Only got to make 1 pass. Sat in staging lanes forever and car was heat soaked. Cut a 2.1 60ft. Built it up to abt 1200 tpms maybe little less ran a 14.1 @99mph . Was very suprised it actually ran that could considering the da. Plan on a tune and meth soon.

Not a bad time at all! I think stock, you could brake launch between 2200 and 2400 rpm for best performance, without changing anything else. Of course you could also go with 1/4 tank fuel, lowered tire pressure, etc etc etc. But the brake launch is a must. After a tune, you may find the sweet spot dropping to 1800-2000 rpm.

Also advise PTU fluid check/change if the SHO is driven heavily or at the track often.
