I bought the car off the floor 3 weeks ago. On way home noticed a button on radio did not illuminate. Took it in next week to get fixed. Dealer had to order whole cd player in order to fix the DEST button issue. Next day after pickup the MENU button has lighting issues. Yet to drop off due to poor service and vehicle compensation. Will do next week.

When I lived in Rochester, the dealer I went to had wonderful service, but the sales people where a bunch of thugs. I'm friends with a lot of the people at the dealer I go to now. West Herr went all out to get me exactly the SHO I wanted. It's unfortunate that you're having problems with your stereo, I feel for ya  Ford doesn't do much about dealer complaints, I had some horror stories when I bought my 2000 Explorer, even though that dealer was literally owned by Ford at the time. It was a failed experiment in the Rochester area.

Yeah light bulbs might be enough to **** me off.

first.. Lost drivers side headlight rear most parking bulb.
Have to remove headlight to get at it, Oh yeah have to remove the bumper to remove the headlight!

Now I have a reverse light out. This one is only a 10 min repair

also, I noticed that I had moisture in my drivers side headlight the other day! Not a lot and I have been moving the car inside and outside of the shop. so maybe its just the hot and cold from 2 minute moves. but oh well..

Kirk,

Think some of those problems could be because you have taken the car apart a couple times? maybe a ground isn't quite right? Just wondering..... :)

That sucks that you guys are having so much trouble. But it's the probability of little things like that (well ok, headlights out is kind of a bigger issue) that made me say if I could get a new SHO I would probably wait until they'd been out a couple of years (assuming they get to stay around). Of course each new year will probably have new quirks but who knows.
