Racing Tires?

I have a pair of BFG T/A R1 racing tires, 225/50/16's. These are road racing/autocross tires. Anyone have any inkling as to how well these tires would work at the drag strip?

Mike,

Do not over spin tire on pre-stage they will probally get slick. Spin them only enough to knock dirt off. The setting of the tire pressure may take some experimenting. Since the are made to have alot of pressure to help traction. They should hook up better then street tires.

You could always run a road course and then go drag racing while tires are in there temp range. thumbs_u
