I was showing it to someone today and I kept thinking "nah, it should stay and get put back together". And then I shut the garage door and walked away. :)

No title/no glass/no suspension makes it hard to find a buyer.

Bump (not that it needed it) for a nicely built cage.

Eh, no suspension isn't that big a deal, about the same with the glass, but that's a bit more of a pain. A Title would be great, though.

I have had contact with the original owner since getting this car. He keeps getting transferred to different parts of the country because of his job, so he takes some tracking down.

At the same time, I bought the car from his friend (storing the car after one of his transfers) knowing it did not have a title at the time, so I can't be all ****** and hassle the guy after the fact. But maybe that is just me.

Isn't there some type of process for getting a title in situations like this though? It's a CA car, so maybe it's harder. I don't know. Never looked into it that much. Don't think the DOT would like this car anyways.

Yes, there is. I know it's pretty easy in MI (friend just went through it for a pickup in a divorce case), but I dunno about other states.

Bumping for those who enjoyed BIR, but want a dedicated track beast!

Whoever purchases the chassis has first dibs on buying the built motor and wavetrac. I imagine a nice deal could be made for all of the parts that were purchased for this project.

Michelle wants a motorcycle! :)

Thanks Chris. Delivery could be arranged for late August, as I will be driving through the cities.

I actually kinda really want the chassis. Would be a nice chassis to swap my drivetrain over to.

Took some pictures of some items tonight. Trying to get a price in my mind for a "bundle" of everything. Thinking $6500 - look at the list above if you don't see a picture. But if you are serious, make an offer.

3.0L low compression motor with Wiseco pistons, ported heads, and most likely Stage 2 cams (will confirm with engine builder). SHO Shop pulley kit.

I do have the original stock engine/trans from the car. I have the gauge panel somewhere. I think it had 80 or 90k on the car.
