Ashley's car needs new Bushings where the rear Control Arms go to the H-Brace. I don't remember exactly what the H-Brace looks like but I could have swore there were to Eccentric bushings back there. Im looking at the Ingalls adjustable control arms and it looks like the bushings pressed in there are not eccentric? Is this because the arms themself are adjustable so a Eccentric bushing is not needed?

You got it. The eccentric bushings are for adjustability, and since the Ingalls arms are adjustable, you don't need the eccentric bushings.
