My flex pipe went bad, car sounds terrible, like a loud lawn mower when I'm next to another car or a barricade.

So a couple questions
Replacement part #: Is the correct one Walker 51005?
Don't know much about exhaust systems yet so will it need any gaskets or anything like that?

Not sure on the part number. But I would put new gaskets in. I believe its the same one on each side. Got mine from advance. But since your going to replace it why not just go with the third cat delete pipe.

I've never seen it on there page but I called back when I gutted my cat (probly six months or so) And he has it. I believe he told me 150 or 200. I'm sure nesho would have one to. Maybe someone even willing to part with one.

Just get a generic flex and two flanges and have a muffler shop weld it up to the right length.

typo on your post its Walker 51005, found it a bit cheaper on ebay (bout $2 less), and $1.86 for a gasket there too
