Questions about changing SFBs

I want to take my derlin(or how ever it is spelled) SFBs from my 92 and put them on the 89. 1st question...do I have to suspend the engine/tranny to remove the Subframe. I have never removed the subframe with out removing the engine/tranny at the same time...and I've never worked on the rear subframe. Any pointers, maybe a procedure write up would be cool...Thanks in advance!
