How long should one wait to receive the email with your tune from LMS once you email them the info they request?

I would think 48-72 hours at the most. But than again I emailed Torrie at Unleashed from his website with couple questions and it has been longer than that with no response. You can try calling LMS.

I've never had to wait more than 12 hours with Torrie at Unleashed Tuning. Even 9pm on a weekend night he would respond and even tune/datalog for me. NEVER had better customer service! I sent him a datalog at 10pm on a friday night and he made me a tune and sent me it by 10:30pm so I could run it on the dyno the next morning.

I guess I might want to resend the email. I am guessing he did not get it as the website seems to have some issues when I was on it. Sounds like he is good at customer service, I will be going with him once I am ready to tune.

The Unleashed website has undergone and is undergoing upgrades. Probably best to EMail him directly for now, and not thru the website.

Same here. I emailed him a bunch of times with questions and heard back within an hour every time. Torrie is awesome with customer service.

It takes 24-48 hours for us to build you your custom tunes.
