PTU Vent Part Number?

Does anyone know the part number for the 2010 SHO PTU vent? It's the one with the jiggle cap.

Long story short, my PTU has been leaking out the vent as seems to be common. I want to see if I can remove the jiggle cap from the vent and use a wire to open up the plugged hole in the air/oil separator. Then commence with repeated fluid changes to remove all the sludge buildup. I don't really want to remove the entire PTU for cleaning.

I've looked online and I can find the part number for the updated PTU vent called out in the TSB. But I cannot seem to locate the part number for the original vent.

Thanks for what you could provide. I had found the new vent part number you listed but was looking for the original. I'm wanting the original so I can figure out how to remove the jiggle cap from outside the PTU.

The 2010 SHO i have had the jiggle vent that was clogged. Removed the outer piece and added a 3' long tube fixed that. My 2011 SHO has the FELT vent cap but it was clogged by black guk. Last 3" on the tube was also clogged up. Cleaned that, did a drain and refill and all is OK now. I knew it was clogged when I went to drain it after driving it awhile through my drain plug and the oil GUSHED out under pressure! Save that 2011's PTU from an early death. Oil was low too with only 12 ounce in it. Slightly brown AMSOIL. So, it did see some high temps but remained fluid. Whew.
