PS hose source / replacement

Hi. I'm well into changing the clutch on my 93 SHO and while threading the rear engine support into the back of the cylinder head I noticed the power steering cooler lines were pretty hard. When coming around to the Front to disconnect and tie up the cooler lines, they are rock solid and leaking at both connections to the cooler.

I can get to the lines on the resovior and the cooler, but what about the return line from the pump? I didn't even really see it in there

Anyone have any good sources for where to get formed lines from, or should I be looking to get some standard hose and run it?
