Can someone please tell me the adjusting procedure for the crappy proportioning valve? (if there is one). mine is all "loose" i dont really know how to explain it???

IIRC there is no adjustment to them besides adjusting the nut on the bottom of the spring maybe

It is in fact adjustable, but adjusting it only changes the engagement point relative to suspension travel in the back. Remember this valve is really just a switch that changes between two rear brake bias conditions.

It's fairly straightforward once you get under there - I had mine adjusted for full fluid flow at all times. You have to move the sleeve up or down on the shaft. I don't recall which way, and my car doesn't have one anymore so I can't be of much help.

The valve is completely open when the suspension is fully compressed. That allows complete fluid flow when the rear of the car is weighted with cargo and people.
