Problems

Hey everyone! New here, but i have some problems with my car and I hope that someone can help me out.
Problems: 1. Idles roughly most of the time
2. Feels sluggish. Funny thing is that it's not all the time. Sometimes it's ok but it is always lacking power between starting and 2500rpm.
3. Jerks like its not getting gas all the time. Only when maintaining speed or accelerating slowly and accelerating at lower rpms. If i just gun it, then its fine other than the sluggish feeling.
Things I've done are; replace the fuel filter, clean the iab valve and pumped it full of feul injector cleaner. It's very frustrating and I'de like to help my poor SHO. Please help me.Thanx.

Do you have oil in your spark plug wells?

Like already stated pull plug wire and check if the spark plug is flooded.

These are the codes i got:
continuous codes:332- egr valve opening not detected 542-feuel pump secondary circuit failure 556fuel pump primary circuit failure
koer codes: 332 and 538- operator error(dynamic response/ cylindar balance tests)
Dont really know what any of these really mean.
I forgot one thing in the problems too. I hear a thump underneath the car 50% of the time that i apply the gas pedal, especially at higher gears at lower rpms.
